While I was away on my trip, I’ve noticed I missed out on a few figure announcements when they became availabe. Considering I was left in the dark for a good 2.5 weeks due to limited internet access, it wasn’t until I got into Hong Kong where I managed to catch up on a bit of figure news and other misc. news.

So to-date, here are the new figures which made it into my list.

I was gonna give her a miss but I know I will pick it up again so I’m not gonna try resisting. As a figma otaku, resistant is futile. lol

Sanzenin Nagi -Swim Suit Ver.- by Kotobukiya

Now I’m a big fan of swimsuit figures and considering Nagi is one of my favourite characters, it’s a double WIN for me. I really like the dynamic pose and with a smile like that, it’s hard to say no. ^^

Haruhi Suzumiya Extravaganza Ver. set by Max Factory

When I found out Max Factory was gonna release another Haruhi set, I just went ecstatic. What “WOW” me more was the fact, it is the Extravaganza Ver. set. Even though I already have the petit set from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Nendoroid Petit #3 which consisted of this version as well, I so very want the scale version and judging by sample images from the GSC site, they look amazing. While Max Factory has kinda moved away from the scale figure scene and are concentrating more on their figmas, they still got what it takes in making awesome scale figures and I sure hope their final products will be as good as the ones in the sample image.

Now I’m just awaiting for Yuki to be available for preorder which shouldn’t be too far now.

That’s it for now. I know there was others but due to the low AUD, I’m getting the ones I really really want. Depending on how well or bad the finanical markets goes this year, every order is subject to change which I hope I don’t need to do.  ^^

This month, I have a few orders coming in but if they are released late, then it’s likely I will get them early Feb. because (as always) I pick the slowest and cheapest shipping option, SAL. ^_^
