Listed as one of the World’s Heritage Sites, The Summer Palace is a breathtaking architectural and garden landscape experience where everyone should at least visit once whenever your in Beijing. What’s  different compared to other sites I visited so far is the artwork within the architecture and the beauty of it’s garden surrounded by it is just astonishing.  It’s like being in a painting world where it’s actually real. :)

Let’s get into it shall we. ^^

The Long Corridor is truly a masterpiece of art. It's all hand painted as well.

It was literally impossible to take a picture of the entire lake. It was HUGE!!!!!

I'm starting to get tired of seeing the emperor's chair. I guess I'm the only one. lol

Half dragon and half horse with scales from the looks of it. It has deer horns as well and it's said to scare away the evil spirits.

Once again, these pictures just doesn’t capture all the beauty of it’s architectural and garden design. It really needs to be experienced first-hand to see it’s true masterpiece. ^^

    another awesome looking place I’ll probably never see, thanks for sharing ^^ I don’t get all the hype of the emperor’s chair either, compared to the architecture and sculpting around it

    So nice…would love to see the whole lake though…
    I suggest getting a wide angle lens to take wide angle shots…

    @Persocom
    I guess, if u manage to get a picture of the chair, it makes u feel proud. My mom told me that. lol

    @Rin
    There’s a actually a mode on my SLR where I can take wide angle shots. I just need to edit them afterwards. Gonna try it one day.

    @Kazearashi
    Whenever u get the chance, u will have to see it in RL.

    @meronpan
    I don’t think some ppl will get tired of Japan. I read some ppl been there like 5 times. Still, it’s good to travel elsewhere.

    @Snark
    Didn’t u feel u wanted to take a dip in the lake. lol

    @M12
    Thanks dude. ^^d

    @phossil
