Loot from HLJ and Kino

It’s been a long working and looting week so I will try and keep it short. ^^
What you see above is 2 boxes from HLJ and a bag from Kino.

So what’s inside? Hit the jump and find out. xD

The stash from HLJ are as follows:

1/8 scale Haruhi Suzumiya Gekisou Ver. by Max Factory
1/6 Nagi Swimsuit Ver. by Kotobukiya
Nendoroid Rin Kokonoe by GSC

It’s been a while since I received goodies from HLJ. I almost forgot that “WOW, HLJ boxes. YAY!!!” moment. LOL

Given the fact my budget has been tighter than ever thanks to the low AUD, I’m restrictioned to getting the figures I really really want and this includes figmas or I’m gonna go broke very soon. 0_0
Thanks to Mr Rudd ‘cash splash’ (Australian Government tax bonus payment) I was able to keep all of last month preorders without any hesitation and I was able to put of one of my canceled preorders back into the order which was Haruhi Suzumiya Gekisou Ver. Now I have the urge in collecting the whole set but I will see in looking at the months ahead. This is one of reasons why I tried to avoid gettting Haruhi but the mass reviews out there convinced me big time. >_<

The reviews on Megami and StrikerS Visual Collection Vol. 2 is currently underway so look forward to it in the coming days. I can tell you, this month Megami edition is the BEST EVER for a long time and the StrikerS Visual Collection is just WOW!!!

Nice batch of goodies there. I recently received that Nagi figure as well. Posted some pics on my blog ^^.

That Rin Nendoroid looks really cute too. Hope you post some pics of her :)

Nice haul, especially Haruhi Gekisou version. Glad to hear that you were able to get her. It’s pretty late though, while Mikuru gekisou has already released and people already got their hand on Mikuru.

And that StrikerS visual collection looks promising. But it would be disappointing if it only contains old scans.

That StrikerS artbook looks really awesome. I can’t wait to see more of it. If they’d had it at HLJ, it would have been on its way to me along with this month Megami, which is definitely awesome from what I’ve seen at one site.

Actually, the shipped one box the next day when the first one has been shipped. But still, they don’t hold ur preorders and they ship it when the item or items become available. Nowadays, when I replace an order, I tried to bundle with the others.

Nice loot. I’m suffering from the low Canadian dollar…compounded with the high Japanese Yen…just like you. :( I want last year’s economy back…or I just need to work harder. ^^;;

Well, the low AUD is recovering but I doubt it will be as high as what it was (i yen = almost $1) last year.
Our budget was announced just week. We are in debt. 0_0
