The 2nd volume of Nyantype is out and as usual, I decided to grab this volume as there are a few awesome and smexy posters I wanted. Before I dig into it, I just wanna note Nyantype  is not a monthly release. I not sure why it’s not but I pretty sure the publisher,  Kadokawa Shoten has it’s own reasons but I’m not disappointed as there’s a good chance I can get every volume if each volume suits my taste without impacting heavily on my wallet. ^^

So what is Nyantype and how is it different to Megami you may ask. Well if you missed my earlier Nyantype Vol. 1 Impression review, both of those questions has already been answered. If your too lazy to read because the images are a big distraction, then this statement should sum up the answer for ya, “It’s similar to Megami or Megami version 2 in other terms”.

This volume featured articles includes Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha: The 1st Movie, K-On!, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Hayate no Gotoku!! and many more. It also has a small column of the latest figures and other goodies coming out in the next few months which include 1/7 scale Saber Lily by GSC, 1/7 scale Nanoha by Alter (can’t wait xD)  and a few more others by Alter and Kotobukiya.

Finally the only extra content provided this month is a B2 poster featuring Nanoha & Fate from the The 1st Movie and Nanoha, Subaru and Teena from the StrikerS series.

I think some ppl will kill for this poster of Fate-chan. :D

There’s a reason why ppl gave her a nickname, Spicy-Wolf. xD

Overall, a good issue. Nanoha fans, this is a must get. Non-Nanoha fans, this still a get because I’m sure there’s something in here that tickles your fancy. Be honest. :D
A few standout posters from this volume includes Holo for Spice and Wolf, Nanoha gang from the Nanoha series, Strike Witches, Canaan (really that is an awesome pose) and Yuki from the Haruhi series.
