Impulsive and Non-impulsive loot

Originally I had plans to post the cdjapan and the HLJ loot separately but after running into a little computer dilemma yesterday morning where my computer wouldn’t turn on, that was not possible.
Now today turned out to be a good day because not only did my HLJ loot arrive (took almost 3 weeks ><), I found the problem of my computer dilemma and I was able to fix it without spending a cent. Initially I thought the PSU was dead but after extensive testing, one of the jumpers on my motherboard was dead making the whole system unit completely dead. I will talk more about it in a separate post next week as I find this could benefit anyone in a situation like me. It’s one of those rare incidents that doesn’t happen often and I reckon it’s worth to talk about. It could save you some money.
First up, cdjapan loot contains Nendoroid Sora Kake Girl Imoko Shishido Maidroid Ver. and figma Signum Knight Ver. Both items was in the Limited Sakura Sale and it was ‘Get it now or Forever hold regret’, especially figma Signum. I don’t recall mentioned it on my blog but I actually canceled her before SMASH! thinking I will get her at a good or decent price. Considering she was released a week before the event, I sure one of the stallholders will have her in stock.
Indeed I was right but the price was twice as much compared to the online price. I can’t remember if I was shocked or surprised at first but I certainly knew I wasn’t gonna pay this much to bring her home. If your wondering, it was $85AUD. A big ripoff there. ><
Since after that day, I’ve been hunting like mad for her but she seems to be sold out everywhere. Further down the track, I realised many of my comrades (Gndynames, Q, Snark, Zenical) had managed to acquired her and I felt extremely jealous I missed out. It felt like they were teasing me as a failure of a figma fanboy. >_>
Soon afterwards, I thought luck was on my side as I found her 10% off at cdjapan. Looking at their stock count, it was the last one left and it was ‘Get it now or Forever hold another regret’. Clearly I don’t want an another regret so I grabbed it and 3 weeks afterwards, here she is. XD
As for nendoroid Sora Kake Girl Imoko Shishido Maidroid Ver., I added her in to make shipping cost feel more worth it and considering she was 30% off, why not. xD
Last item bundled together with the figures was Nana Mizuki Live Fighter Red Side. Considering I got Blue Side last month it was only a matter of ‘time’ before I grab the Red. I managed to watched Red Side today and ZOMG, it rocked. She looked so pretty in her red dress singing the Nanoha songs. :D
I don’t have a verdict yet on which Side I prefer, but I will leave that when I do a proper review on each.

Both, Blue Side and Red Side is still available at cdjapan and they finally listed it as having available copies on the “First Press” edition. This could be you last last chance EVER!!! I couldn’t help but fanboy when I realised I got the First Press edition. xD
Finally the last and only item from HLJ. I can’t believe it took this long as it was only 1 item in a small package but I’m soooooo happy it arrived today as I started to get worried. It is indeed my first (and certainly won’t be my last xD) Cospa t-shirt “The7th Platoon T-Shirt” from the hit game and series, Valkyria Chronicles.
I’m happy it fit perfectly on me as I thought size L could be a big too big. Thankfully I’m wrong and it was just perfect. ^^
Can’t get more prouder than this. xD
Seems like summer is just round the corner here as the temperature starts heating up. I can’t wait to wear this shirt to work and show off my Gallian Militia pride. One of the good things about my workplace is you don’t need to wear a suit or tie EVER!!! xD

The problem, as I covered on my “Ebay Addiction” post is that you get so worried of those “Buy now or regret it forever” cases, that many cases which aren’t, are treated this way.
In the end, you can’t tell in advance, so you have to make estimated guesses, and hope you’re right…

Sweet. That shirt is so freaking awesome. Nice acquisitions! The free EMS shipping is very good good deal and I almost went through a tiny lapse of poor judgment and was about to go through pages of figures that I’ve considered buying, but then I remembered all of the evil limiteds/exclusives that I should be wasting …er…ahem saving up for and decided against it in the end.
With situations like that, you’re more inclined to spend more because you don’t have to worry about a hefty shipping price.

Remember, life is too short for regrets ^_^. That’s my justification for nearly everything. And Good job on the Signum (or should I say Sygnum??). I would review mine when I got it, but it would make my 4Komas story out of order so I’m holding off on it…

Oh man, I hate “Buy or regret” situations. Tracking one down with a good price so you wont’ get ripped off, while everyone else has got one sure gets annoying in the heart. On the other hand, I recently have the opposite situation a bit more often – buy it quick only to find the price drop by 10% or more a few weeks later.
But hey, at least you’ve got figma Signum now, and at a good price too! Is it gonna be stacked along with other unopened figma boxes? Or you’re unleash the force now? ^^;

BTW, do what I do. I have items I want, I create searches on eBay, and for the next 6 months it will send me a nightly email when items fitting my criteria show up, so no missing out on stuff.

She is lovely. Her head can be opened up so that little creature can be stored inside. I’m not sure the name of that creature as I haven’t started on the series myself.

Unfortunately she stacked on top of my unopened boxes BUT, I found a space for her and I will display her by the end of the week. Just so u know, the ‘running out of space’ phrase is no joke and I don’t use it as an excuse to leave my figmas unopened on purpose because really, I don’t have any more space unless I do another big reshuffle which I don’t want to do for now. It’s not me to leave my figures in it’s box because that defeats the purpose in getting the figures to begin with. U should know that. ^^

I’m blown away by Signum, but her personality needs to count as well :)
And I’ve got too many anime babes I need to lay my hands on, figures or art. Like the cute Kawazoe Tamaki figures, heh. And I still don’t own any Saber figure…
