@Guy
Wow, u have an eye opener for belly buttons. it's one of the features I kinda ignore. Don't really care if it's short or long. lol
I saw the Gift Yoko total count drop very quickly. I was tempted but I stuck with my word and choose this Yoko instead. I'm glad I did. xD

@Blowfish
Come on, just one more. One more wouldn't hurt. The customizable gun is an awesome feature worth having her. xD

@Smithy
I know trying to convince u to get this one will be pointless because ur comment sums it up.

@Q
I'm not sure if that's the case but I could be wrong. I don't recall the last 1/6 scale figure they did in the first place. :(
Like said, the best feature about her is the customizable gun and that what makes her unique compared to the rest.

@Reltair
I don't mind the holes really. Makes her look like she's been in gun battles all the time.

@Snark
Yup, it is.

@Tommy
Thanks for the good point. Your right on the money there and it ultimately has to do with the cost. If the figure is highly priced and the quality looks to be like a low-budget figure then I'm confident many consumers will be very disappointed.

@Koshiko
Well, ur dollfie Yoko is still spectacular in many ways. U just can't compare a figure to a dollfie because both are very different. ;)

The only thing I didn't really like about this release was the stockings, but in the end it fits in with a likely scenario so it's balances out lol.

The machine gun looks pretty big on your hand lol! And the details are awesome, the gun for my Dollfie doesn't even have quite that amount of details [though it's huge~].

The gun looks awesome. I prefer Alter's renditon because she looks hot as an adult. :)

Koto have definitely come a long way in terms of their figure's overall quality. As for your question: "In saying that, it makes me wonder WHY Kotobukiya can’t deliver each and every figure of this high quality every time."

It has to do with the cost, and ultimately the price tag of making such a quality figure. Koto is gearing towards bringing quality figures for a low price instead of the most kick-ass figures at an outrageous price.

This is clearly reflected in this Yoko figure. She went for 9,000 yen (right up there with Alter and GSC) while the normal Koto figure is in the 4,000 to 5,000 yen range. You get what you pay for. :)

I like this Yoko figure the most out of all of them, especially with the neat customizable gun. However, I wish her stockings didn't have holes in them. =/

Kotobukiya's qualities sure vary from figure to figure. I once heard that the 1/8s tend to have greater chance of having lower quality figures whereas they focus more on other scales (though not always true).

I like how you can customise this figure with 3 different skulls, 2 faces, as well as the gun itself. One can change the settings of display once s/he's bored with one, so that's it's great stuff here. As Kotobukiya also does plastic kits for robots, it's expected from them to see good details added on the gun~
